1. What LoreIt Does

LoreIt is a tool that helps developers capture, store, and export AI conversations from platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for personal interview preparation and knowledge retention. LoreIt does not generate AI responses — it stores and renders conversations you have on third-party platforms.

2. Your Account

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use LoreIt. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You agree not to share your account credentials with others.

3. Your Content

The AI conversations you save to LoreIt are yours. We do not claim ownership over any content you store. By saving content to LoreIt, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and export content from third-party AI platforms. Review the terms of service of ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini regarding conversation export and storage.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LoreIt to:

• Store or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Share access to your account with others
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws

5. Free and Pro Plans

LoreIt offers a free tier with unlimited session storage and PDF export. A Pro tier with additional AI features is available for ₹499/month. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Refund Policy

Because LoreIt offers a free tier before any payment is required, we do not offer refunds on Pro subscriptions once a billing period has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@LoreIt-app.com within 7 days of the charge.

7. AI-Generated Content

LoreIt stores conversations generated by third-party AI systems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content saved through LoreIt. Do not rely on stored AI responses as professional, legal, or medical advice.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep LoreIt available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss arising from service downtime.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@LoreIt-app.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your stored sessions will be deleted from our active databases.

10. Limitation of Liability

LoreIt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or inability to access stored sessions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects any changes. Continued use of LoreIt after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
